Shipping Netherlands
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same business day. This means you'll usually receive your order within 1 to 4 business days. Orders over €90 are shipped free of charge. Orders under €90 are shipped as a standard order of €6.95 within the Netherlands and €12.95 outside the Netherlands.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace link. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns
Is an item not quite what you had in mind and would you like to exchange or return it? You can do so within 14 days by following these steps.

Method:
You can return your items through your account, the contact form, or our email address contact@hooba.nl up to 14 days after receiving your order. We'll send you a return label.

Terms and Conditions
1: You can return items online up to 23 days after receipt. You can do this on the website by logging in and going to 'My Account'.

2: We would like to receive your return within 7 days of notification. (Please note that your return may take a few days to arrive.)

3. Please note: We receive your item(s) undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.

Refund
When you register your return and receive your package, you'll receive an email confirmation from us. If you return without exchanging or only spend part of the amount you received, the remaining amount will always be refunded within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Swap
Want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another item? No biggie! We ask that you return your item and order the new one. You can easily arrange payment for the new product yourself in the Hooba webshop.

Costs
Returns are costly for our planet, but also for us as a startup. We want to reduce the negative impact of returns, so we cover the shipping costs ourselves.
